Turkey Pasta Primavera Recipe
Eden Valley Farms Turkey Pasta Primavera (5 servings)
5 cups water (don’t forget to use your Berkey Purifier and if you don’t have one be sure to purchase one in our online store)
1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey breast
1 medium tomato chopped
1 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 carrot (Thinly peeled)
1 cup broccoli florets (cooked)
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Turkey Pasta Primavera Directions
Add 5 cups of water to large pot and bring to a boil.
In a separate frying pan on medium heat, add 3tbsp olive oil, turkey Breast, vegetables (excluding tomatoes) Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until bell pepper is soft (about 10 minutes) mix tomatoes in, turn burner off and cover.
Once water in pot is boiling, whisk Eden Valley Farms Turkey Pasta Primavera package and turn heat down to a gentle boil for 15 minutes or until noodles are soft. Remove from heat, add turkey/vegetable mixture, let everything stand 5-7 minutes. Serve.
Optional Toppings: Parmesan cheese, mint to garnish.
